servicing/repair doesn’t just mean hardware failure and hardware
support. Quite often computers don’t work as they should due to
software problems or software/driver incompatibility. We specialise in all flavours of Microsoft Windows 95, NT4, 98, ME, 2000, 2003, XP,Vista etc.
Whether
your PC problem is hardware or software related, an industry certified
technician will call at your home or premises with all required tools
for testing hardware.
The
problem will be determined and explained to you in plain English and a
plan of what is needed to rectify the problem. You will be given a
quote and an estimated time frame.
Many
problems can be fixed onsite, however the more complex jobs may have to
be carried out at our workshop. If this is the case, your PC will be
returned back to you at the earliest possible time.
Most
callouts are carried out the very same day, otherwise usually within a
24 hour period, this of course may fluctuate depending on our workload.

We
take data backup very seriously! This means that any data you wish to
keep will be backed up before any work is carried out on your system.
This can include backing up documents, pictures, music, e-mails,
address book etc. We also have facilities to attempt to recover data in
