  I need an engineer to attend out of office hours is this possible?

The short answer is yes!

  Do i need any special equipment for you to be able to connect to my PC remotely?

No, although occasionally we may have to attend site to configure routers/firewalls

  Do I have to sign a contract for my monthly support?

No, although you will only be entitled to support for one calendar month from the date of payment

  Can I pay for a years subscription up-front?

Yes you may, You can pay by cheque, credit card via paypal or standing order for the entire amount

  I am a home user and I do not get in from work till after 5pm...Will you help then?

The short answer is yes if you are a paid up subscriber
